Privacy policy — Garmin training calendar for Claude
Last updated: 23 October 2026. Controller: Florent Rousseau,
admin@florousseau.be.
Who is concerned
This integration has exactly one user: its owner. No other person's data is
collected. There is no sign-up and no account for anyone else.
What data is accessed
- From Garmin, with the owner's consent: activity summaries and files
(heart rate, pace, power, cadence, laps, strength sets) and daily health
summaries (sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, Body Battery,
stress, steps).
- To Garmin: structured workouts and their scheduled dates, written to the
owner's Garmin Connect training calendar.
Why
Only to plan the owner's own training: the AI assistant Claude reads recent
training and recovery data when the owner asks, and schedules workouts on his
request.
Where it goes and how long it is kept
- Garmin data is read on demand and is not stored by this service. What
Claude reads is sent to Anthropic, the provider of Claude, as part of the
owner's own conversation, under Anthropic's terms.
- The service stores, on a server operated by the
owner: the Garmin access tokens (encrypted), the identifiers of workouts it
created, and an audit log of write operations, kept 90 days.
- No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or
profiling.
Revoking access and deleting data
Access can be revoked at any time from Garmin Connect (connected apps). The
owner can delete the stored tokens, workout identifiers and logs from the
server at any time.
